I offer individual adult therapy for a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, break-ups, and worry.
Therapy can be life changing, but it is important to recognize change takes time and therapy is a process. I define success in therapy by both symptom reduction (i.e anxiety) but also the capacity to possess a stronger and more realistic sense of self, improved relationships, and healthier coping strategies.
As your psychologist, I will work with you to identify the obstacles that have been preventing you from experiencing life the way you would like to live it.
